Work with Cogent Analytics Recruiting team and with external partners to source exemplary
Monitor volume of candidates available to fill open positions through oversight of the Recruiting
Establish and manage relationships with colleges and universities to promote Cogent Analytics as a
Provide weekly and monthly reports outlining challenges and opportunities within the recruiting
Develop and provide continuous training to members of the recruiting team to ensure their success.
Regular communication with CA leadership to assess staffing needs, both current and forecasted.
