Corporate Security Manager - Americas

📋 Description

• Own security operating plans and program outcomes across assigned sites, including guard coverage
• Set clear expectations for contracted providers and review staffing, schedules, service quality
• Assess changing risks, coordinate incident response with GSOC and relevant partners, and ensure
• Partner with CorpSec's Event Security Team to coordinate secure operations for internal, external
• Establish and strengthen relationships with local law enforcement agencies, local emergency
• Partner with Real Estate & Workplace, Legal, HR, Communications, and IT on security planning

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in law enforcement, corporate security, protective services, or comparable operational
• Demonstrated success owning end-to-end physical security programs across multiple sites, including
• Working knowledge of access control, surveillance, visitor management, and intrusion detection
• Proven skill in creating, revising, and executing SOPs to ensure consistent and efficient security
• Demonstrated ability to manage contracted security providers, including coverage and staffing
• Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with internal teams and external agencies, forging
