Bachelor's degree required; degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Healthcare
2-5 years of relevant professional experience preferred, including experience in management
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, including financial modeling, forecasting, business case
Experience supporting senior executives and presenting findings to leadership teams
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams and drive projects independently
