📋 Description

• Provide financial / analytical modeling and strategic support for evaluating potential M&A and
• Perform due diligence, prepare presentations for senior management, and coordinate with senior
• Prepare structured analysis with effective data visualization, strategic recommendations, and
• Deliver polished, executive presentations for business updates, board meetings, and ad hoc events

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity / investing, or corporate development
• Experience driving financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence
• Enjoy strategic thinking and bringing organization to complex processes
• Strong attention to detail, analytical rigor, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborative team player who proactively supports colleagues
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint) and Google Suite
