📋 Description

• Manage litigation, investigations, and exams including escalated customer complaints, FINRA
• Respond to regulatory inquiries and investigations, partner with Compliance on examinations
• Handle broker-dealer, investment adviser, and prediction markets regulation including SEC, FINRA
• Monitor regulatory developments and maintain policies and procedures
• Work on AI governance program including policies, quality assurance, and assessing new use cases
• Own privacy program including notices, consumer requests, data mapping, and record retention

🎯 Requirements

• J.D. from an ABA-approved law school (or foreign equivalent)
• Admission to at least one U.S. bar, in good standing
• 2-5 years of legal experience, ideally at a top law firm and then in-house at a technology or
• Experience with a broad range of legal matters
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• High level of integrity and ability to balance legal and compliance obligations with business
