📋 Description

• Draft, review, and negotiate enterprise tech agreements (cloud, SaaS, IaaS, licenses).
• Partner with GFO to support enterprise sales and close deals.
• Advise on legal, privacy, and commercial risks with practical solutions.
• Manage multiple concurrent transactions balancing risk and speed.
• Provide business-oriented guidance throughout the transaction lifecycle.
• Develop and improve contract templates and playbooks for scale.

🎯 Requirements

• JD and active US state bar.
• 5+ years in-house or firm on commercial tech transactions.
• Experience negotiating SaaS, IaaS, cloud services, and licensing.
• Experience negotiating data processing agreements and privacy issues.
• Independently manage complex negotiations with prudent risk.
• Strong written and verbal communication; cross-functional influence.
