📋 Description

• Support datacenter supply chain with GPU and hardware vendor contracts.
• Collaborate with finance, tax, and compliance on deal structuring.
• Provide day to day counseling on supply chain continuity and risk.
• Advise on regulatory obligations in global deployment.
• Assist international expansion by adapting docs for new jurisdictions.
• Develop templates, playbooks, and training for scalable sourcing.

🎯 Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD); active bar in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• 6+ years in complex commercial transactions.
• Experience drafting and negotiating hardware or supply-chain contracts.
• Pragmatic, solutions-oriented counseling for senior leaders.
• Experience building contracting playbooks and templates.
• In-house/cloud or data center hardware experience preferred.
