Counsel, IP Litigation & Enforcement

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary day-to-day legal resource for IP investigation and enforcement teams operating
• Establish and maintain legal standards, decision criteria, escalation thresholds, written guidance
• Advise on evidence sufficiency, collection methods, documentation, preservation, and
• Identify jurisdiction-specific legal considerations, coordinate with local counsel when needed, and
• Assess matters for escalation to civil litigation, criminal referrals, private prosecution where
• Support clients and their external counsel throughout civil IP litigation, including pre-suit

🎯 Requirements

• Qualified lawyer in good standing and admitted or otherwise authorized to practice in a United
• 3–5 years of post-qualification experience gained in private practice, an in-house legal
• Based in the United States or United Kingdom with unrestricted authorization to work in the
• Demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of concurrent legal matters while maintaining
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to translate complex
• Strong judgment and independent decision-making skills, including the ability to prioritize
