📋 Description

• Provide advice and support to product teams and local legal teams.
• Negotiate customer partnerships and draft sales agreements.
• Coordinate with local counsel across Australia, Singapore, HK, US, UK, and EU.
• Liaise with senior stakeholders across the Airwallex group.
• Manage external counsel and consultants on regulatory matters.
• Support negotiations on complex agreements with strategic partners.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a lawyer at top firm or in-house.
• Strong stakeholder management across internal and external partners.
• Versatility advising Product and supporting Sales on commercial docs.
• Proactive, results-driven, and takes ownership.
• Ability to multi-task with strong communication.
• Strong drafting skills and ability to master new areas quickly.
