📋 Description

• Attorney to handle litigation and regulatory matters at Lyft.
• Advises internal partners on litigation, regulatory, and competition matters.
• Reports to a Director on the Litigation team.

🎯 Requirements

• J.D. from a top-tier law school; active state bar.
• 5+ years civil litigation experience at a law firm and/or regulatory agency.
• Regulatory disputes, government investigations, competition matters, and complex or consumer class
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work autonomously yet collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of multi-modal transportation and rideshare industries is a plus.
