Country Manager, Brazil

📋 Description

• Develop the country business plan and allocate resources to meet targets.
• Oversee P&L performance and report to senior management.
• Own Brazil's commercial plan and local distribution proposition.
• Drive growth and sales in Brazil against CEO objectives.
• Act as a statutory officer for regulators where applicable.
• Build relationships with partners, intermediaries and institutions.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher; MBA/postgrad advantageous.
• 7+ years in Brazilian financial markets with senior ops or officer experience.
• Track record in sales, distribution, or business development with revenue growth.
• Experience building intermediary/partner distribution networks.
• Understanding of equities and ETFs and Brazilian investment services landscape.
• Knowledge of Central Bank and CVM regulatory framework (internal controls, suitability, AML).
