📋 Description

• Develop and execute business strategy for the European market
• Lead regional operations, marketing campaigns, and partnerships

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or related
• 10+ years leadership in tech, fintech, or financial services
• Experience as Country Manager in crypto or blockchain preferred
• Strong understanding of European crypto and fintech market
• Knowledge of MiCA/MiCAR, MiFID, and EMI regulations
• Fluency in English and one European language (German, French, etc.)
