📋 Description

• Partner with leadership to strengthen culture, implement CPE strategies, and build relationships
• Collaborate with leaders to identify, develop, and retain talent aligned with organizational goals
• Analyse HR trends and metrics in partnership with the CPE team to design solutions, programs, and
• Manage and resolve day-to-day employee relations issues with fairness and consistency
• Maintain strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations, ensuring compliance and minimizing
• Provide policy guidance and interpretation to leaders and associates

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree with specialization in Human Resources
• 6-7 years of HR experience, including partnering with business leaders on workforce planning and
• Broad knowledge of HR disciplines: organizational development, employee relations, diversity
• Proven ability to provide strategic advice, assess risks, and deliver practical solutions
• Excellent management, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
