CPG Paid Advertising Specialist, Client Experience

📋 Description

• Execute and maintain paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, and
• Manage campaigns end-to-end, including ad builds, ongoing optimizations, performance monitoring
• Work independently with strong ownership of timelines, budgets, pacing, deliverables, and
• Monitor advertising performance closely and proactively identify growth opportunities, risks, and
• Develop data-backed testing hypotheses and recommendations aligned with client objectives, audience
• Maintain a client-first approach by incorporating brand requirements, commercial priorities

🎯 Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, with agency experience considered an advantage.
• At least 1 year of experience in direct-response marketing, particularly within e-commerce or
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads or Google Ads for direct-response
• At least 1 year of experience contributing to or leading paid advertising strategy for
• Experience with Google Analytics and Shopify, with exposure to other marketing, analytics, or
• At least 1 year of client-facing experience, including professional communication and relationship
