📋 Description

• Member of the Executive Team collectively responsible for overall success of the organization
• Responsible for all People Management strategies, including talent acquisition, succession
• Ensure People processes and practices are in compliance with all applicable State and Federal
• Responsible for Equity and Inclusion strategies, including working cross-functionally to
• Responsible for Safety strategies, including workers’ compensation and safety initiatives, managing
• Advises all Executive Team members in recruiting, managing and developing their teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Management or related area.
• SHRM-CP, Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Certified Payroll Professional preferred.
• 10+ years generalist experience with 7 years in leadership capacity.
• Experience in manufacturing or distribution center environment preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
