CRE Relationship Manager II

📋 Description

• Develop and manage a portfolio of new and existing, large, complex real estate relationships.
• Actively market a broad range of bank services to meet the complex needs of customers; negotiate
• Prepare and present credit analysis and recommendations on borrowing requests.
• Conduct credit reviews to ensure compliance with policies and regulations; perform ongoing credit
• Monitor all credits through periodic reviews and analysis.
• Create awareness of the Bank and its services through community activity.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, Law, Computer Science or other related field
• 8 or more years of experience in commercial real estate lending, credit analysis, and business
• Preferred: Home Builder finance experience
• Proven ability to develop and manage large and complex new business relationships
• Excellent relationship management, presentation, and negotiation skills
• In-depth understanding of local real estate markets
