Creative Design Supervisor

📋 Description

• Lead and mentor a team of designers, including hiring, onboarding, and professional development
• Oversee design projects from concept to delivery, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines
• Develop creative concepts and design strategies for digital and print media
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to produce high-quality assets
• Review and approve designs, ensuring consistency and accuracy
• Manage design workflows, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (preferred)
• 8+ years of experience in creative design, including 3+ years in a supervisory or leadership role
• Expertise in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma)
• Deep understanding of graphic design principles, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy
• Proven leadership in managing design teams, including task delegation, feedback, and mentoring
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative vision and high-quality output
