📋 Description

• Own and operate Freshworks' internal creative studio as a center of excellence, serving brand
• Define and evolve the visual and creative expression of the Freshworks brand, ensuring consistency
• Lead creative development across deliverables — campaigns, digital and social assets
• Build scalable creative operations: intake workflows, briefing processes, project management
• Partner closely with teams across marketing to ensure creative work brings the Freshworks narrative
• Drive adoption of AI-assisted design tools to accelerate production, expand creative capacity, and

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in creative direction, brand design, or in-house studio leadership, with at
• A strong portfolio demonstrating brand-building work across digital, campaign, and product
• Deep understanding of visual design, art direction, motion, and how great creative drives business
• Strong background in B2B SaaS or technology marketing, with the ability to make complex products
• Proven ability to build and scale an in-house creative function, including operations, process, and
• Fluency in the modern design toolchain: Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and emerging AI-assisted
