📋 Description

• Elevate craft & execution: Guide art, copy, and editing across outputs from social content to
• Drive proactive ideation: Spark on-brief ideas for current accounts, pitches, and emerging tech
• Build trusted client partnerships: Act as a visionary lead who understands brand objectives and
• Lead & mentor talent: Energise cross-functional teams, provide feedback, and mentor creatives
• Win new business: Lead creative strategy and narrative for pitches, articulating VM’s unique
• Optimise operations: Partner with leadership to streamline workflows and refine team structures.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in creative agency or media, with leadership across the EMEA region.
• Strong track record with talent & creators, including global social campaigns with high-profile
• Onsite live-event expertise directing content capture that translates to social-native assets.
• Bonus points for AI familiarity, especially around AI-driven discovery and AEO strategies.
