📋 Description

• Set and evolve the creative vision for the Chime brand, and translate it into storytelling that
• Lead integrated campaigns end to end — from platform and concept through production and final
• Champion bold ideas, and make the case for them clearly to marketing, product and executive
• Build creative that travels: social-first thinking, talent and partner collaborations, and moments
• Partner with brand, growth, product marketing and media leads so that campaign ideas hold up across
• Lead, mentor and grow a team of art directors, designers and copywriters, and set the standard for

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in creative leadership
• A portfolio of consumer-facing campaigns you can walk us through — the strategic problem, the idea
• At least one brand platform you built or meaningfully shaped that changed how people saw a company
• Experience in a creative agency environment, and the craft standard that comes with it
• Work that has run in more than one form: brand film or broadcast produced with agency and
• A track record leading and developing a small in-house creative team, and getting the best out of
