• Define and own Dust's visual identity and brand guidelines.
• Lead creative across website, launches, campaigns, events, and social.
• Build creative operations: processes, freelancer network, agencies.
• Scale creative with AI: templates, guidelines, reusable assets.
• Deliver a 6-month plan: audit assets, refresh site, update guidelines.
• Collaborate with Paris-based design team across time zones.

• Visual storyteller; lead brand work to serve the narrative.
• Exceptional taste; defend choices while aligning with brand direction.
• Hands-on; art-direct video, landing pages, brief freelancers.
• AI-fluent; use AI in design; build systems for non-designers.
• Built or scaled a creative function; hired designers; set standards.
• Work across Paris and the US; proactive, clear writing, cross-time zones.
