📋 Description

• Create a vision for the Chime brand that translates into powerful and authentic storytelling that
• Develop and execute a creative vision for what our brand looks and feels like through integrated
• Champion bold ideas and creative approaches to telling Chime's stories and more deeply connecting
• Oversee the end-to-end creative process, from concept development to final execution, ensuring
• Collaborate with marketing leads to create integrated campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
• Provide strategic direction and leadership to a team of art directors, designers and copywriters

🎯 Requirements

• A deep passion for building brands with a results-oriented mindset
• 8+ years in creative leadership, with at least 5 years in a leadership position building
• Deep understanding of advanced AI tools to support the creative process.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Design, Copywriting or a related field.
• Proven experience working in a creative agency environment, with a strong portfolio of
• Demonstrated ability to develop creative concepts that drive engagement and brand loyalty.
