📋 Description

• Lead the creative development of large-scale experiential entertainment projects from concept through delivery.
• Create distinctive original concepts and responses to globally recognised entertainment IPs.
• Develop compelling narratives and emotionally engaging guest journeys that translate into unforgettable experiences.
• Shape cinematic storytelling through scripting, storyboarding and visual sequencing.
• Transform stories into large-scale visual spectacles through innovative experience design.
• Collaborate with production, technology, licensing and commercial teams to bring ambitious creative ideas to life.

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience in large-scale live entertainment or immersive experiences.
• Exceptional storytelling with a narrative-led creative approach.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, AutoCAD, and 3D tools.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams from concept through delivery.
• Deep understanding of guest journey design and emotional storytelling.
• Experience with experiential tech: lighting, AV, show control, AI workflows.
