Creative Director (Writing)

📋 Description

• Lead copy strategy and creative writing direction across major campaigns, digital platforms
• Serve as the primary client-facing leader for copywriting, messaging architecture, narrative
• Present creative copy frameworks, campaign concepts, hooks, and messaging hierarchies to senior
• Direct, mentor, and develop copywriters, junior writers, and multidisciplinary teams while
• Create, maintain, and evolve global brand voice systems and editorial guidelines, ensuring
• Oversee the end-to-end writing process in partnership with Design, Art Direction, Strategy, Motion

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of writing leadership experience within leading creative agencies or in-house creative
• Proven track record as a client-facing creative leader, with the executive presence required to
• Deep expertise in voice and tone architecture, including the development of scalable brand voice
• Experience leading, mentoring, and developing copywriters, helping teams strengthen their craft
• Highly skilled at translating complex products, technical concepts, and abstract ideas into clear
• Extensive experience directing multi-channel copy across major campaigns, product launches, video

🎁 Benefits

• Annual salary range of $130,000–$169,000 USD, with placement within the range depending on factors
