Creative Marketing Campaign Manager

📋 Description

• Support marketing operations, project coordination, and compliance-related processes
• Manage manual uploads, asset updates, and workflow activities within marketing platforms
• Coordinate and maintain backup documentation for marketing review and approval
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and action items across multiple initiatives
• Independently lead smaller tactical marketing projects from intake through completion
• Coordinate implementation of legal and compliance feedback across marketing assets

🎯 Requirements

• Experience supporting marketing operations, creative operations, project management, account
• Experience working with creative teams, agencies, or marketing organizations
• Experience in financial services, banking, insurance, credit card marketing, or another regulated
• Familiarity with compliance review processes, regulated disclosures, and partnering with Legal and
• Experience working in large organizations with multiple stakeholder groups and complex approval
• Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity, influence without authority, and move work forward in
