Creative Marketing Manager

📋 Description

• Develop fresh advertising ideas and concepts, testing angles, messages, and formats
• Analyze marketing funnels and competitor advertising across acquisition channels, translating
• Develop understanding of customer needs, motivations, and behavioral triggers
• Propose, prioritize, and validate creative hypotheses through A/B testing
• Monitor creative performance using KPIs such as CTR, CVR, CPI, CPA, ROAS, and retention
• Optimize advertising concepts based on campaign data and testing insights

🎯 Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in creative marketing or performance marketing in a product company
• Proven experience developing advertising creatives for Meta, Snapchat, and Google Display Network
• Ability to research competitors and adapt creative approaches
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills, evaluating creatives based on business performance
• Data-driven mindset with understanding of CTR, CVR, CPI, CPA, ROAS
• Experience with AI-powered creative tools such as MidJourney, Higgsfield, or similar
