📋 Description

• Own creative resourcing and studio operations across internal teams, contractors, and agencies
• Build and run practical capacity planning and staffing systems
• Partner with Strategy & Operations to assess creative effort and translate priorities into
• Find inventive solutions to tight resource constraints
• Partner with producers to keep delivery moving and anticipate bottlenecks
• Manage agency capacity and assignments with creative leadership

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in creative operations, resourcing, or integrated production
• Strong understanding of design, copy, motion, video, and web production
• Track record of designing and running staffing and capacity planning systems
• Sound judgment about in-house, contractor, agency, or self-service work
• Experience managing agency and contractor relationships and creative budgets
• Hands-on experience building and implementing AI-enabled workflows
