Creative Producer

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end project scopes, timelines, budgets, and risk assessments
• Drive project scoping and readiness
• Manage team workflows, resource allocation, and staffing plans
• Partner on vendor strategy by supporting sourcing and scaling of relationships
• Interface with internal stakeholders to manage expectations and satisfaction
• Serve as creative production expert across brand experiences

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of creative production experience
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple complex creative projects simultaneously
• Strong understanding of the creative process with ability to collaborate with Creative Directors
• Experience working within an in-house creative team or internal creative agency; agency experience
• Working knowledge of creative production tools, including Adobe Workfront or similar platforms
• Familiarity with generative AI technologies and ability to quickly learn and incorporate AI tools
