🎯 Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in creative production, marketing ops, or PM for integrated campaigns.
• Experience producing photo/video shoots end-to-end; manage timelines, budgets, vendors.
• Proven ability to build/improve production workflows while managing multiple projects.
• Experience sourcing and managing agencies, freelancers, photographers, and partners.
• Strong knowledge of Monday.com or similar PM tools.
• Experience using AI and automation to simplify production workflows.
