Creative Production Lead

📋 Description

• Take extreme ownership of assigned proposal efforts for the product line.
• Create compelling graphics, infographics, charts, diagrams, process flows, organizational charts
• Design and format polished proposal documents, executive summaries, slide decks, and bid materials
• Translate input from proposal managers and subject-matter experts into clear, engaging visual
• Maintain and enhance proposal templates, style guides, graphic libraries, and reusable visual
• Ensure graphics and documents are visually consistent, accurate, accessible, and aligned with brand

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years' experience in graphic design, visual communications, document production, proposal
• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communications, marketing, or related field, or
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and
• Outstanding record of academic achievement.
• Demonstrated aptitude for analytics.
• Proven record of leadership in a work setting and/or through extracurricular activities.
