Creative Strategist

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary point of contact for creative communication, coordination, and work delivery
• Help translate advertising concepts into compelling creative angles aligned with campaign
• Develop high-quality static designs and motion graphics for a range of advertising campaigns.
• Review advertising performance reports and turn insights into clear, actionable creative
• Monitor project progress, identify potential roadblocks early, and proactively communicate issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure creative work is delivered consistently

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in a client-facing Creative Strategist role.
• 3–5+ years of professional graphic design experience, ideally within a fast-paced CPG environment.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating design work created for US-based CPG brands.
• Intermediate to advanced graphic design skills, with proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative
• Strong strategic thinking and the ability to connect creative execution with advertising
• Excellent organizational skills, reliability, and a proactive approach to communication.
