• Research competitor advertising, creative trends, viral content, and platform best practices to
• Develop multiple creative concepts and advertising angles each week using performance data
• Create compelling hooks, messaging, and scripts across formats including UGC, VSLs, static
• Review feedback and campaign performance metrics from media buyers and translate insights into
• Collaborate closely with the CEO, Senior Creative Strategist, media buyers, designers, and video
• Provide clear creative direction and constructive feedback to production teams to ensure concepts

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience developing performance-focused creative for DTC eCommerce brands, preferably in
• Strong understanding of direct-response marketing and the ability to develop hooks, angles
• Solid knowledge of consumer psychology and the ability to translate customer motivations and pain
• Experience conceptualizing and scripting multiple ad formats, including UGC, VSLs, static ads, and
• Ability to interpret advertising performance metrics and use quantitative and qualitative feedback
• Strong research skills, with the ability to identify relevant competitor strategies, emerging
