Collaborate with in-house/agency teams across functions
Support conversion funnel via CRO initiatives

🎯 Requirements

Extensive experience in growth marketing with creative strategy focus
Strong eye for platform-native creative and testing frameworks
Confident using dashboards, data tools, MMM, attribution
Deep knowledge of Turkish market; fluent in Turkish and English
Experience briefing/iterating creative in cross-functional sprints
Growth mindset, analytical, curious, comfortable with ambiguity
