📋 Description

• Lead the full creative cycle: research, briefing, production, editing, analysis
• Analyze dashboards to identify winners and diagnose underperformance
• Define organic/paid social strategy for Italian audiences across Meta, TikTok, Instagram
• Own UGC, localisation, and market insight; ensure content is on-brand
• Collaborate with in-house and agency teams across Brand, Growth, Analytics
• Support CRO initiatives to improve acquisition journeys

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience in creative strategy or performance marketing
• Deep knowledge of the Italian market; fluent Italian and English
• Strong ability to brief and iterate creative in cross-functional sprints
• Proficient with dashboards, data tools, and measurement frameworks (MMM, attribution)
• Experience with platform-native formats and testing
• Analytical, curious, and comfortable with ambiguity; growth mindset
