📋 Description

• Own and deliver the weekly creative production sprint, producing high-quality advertising scripts
• Develop a balanced pipeline of original advertising concepts and iterations of top-performing
• Review advertising performance data with the Growth team every week and translate insights into
• Build and manage a structured creative testing framework covering hooks, messaging angles, target
• Document creative testing results, share learnings with relevant stakeholders, and use performance
• Integrate AI tools into research, ideation, scripting, briefing, production, and workflow

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in performance-focused creative strategy, either in-house or at an
• A portfolio of advertising concepts, scripts, or creative briefs that you developed and helped
• Demonstrated ability to produce multiple scripts and briefs each week while maintaining high
• Strong commercial and creative judgment, with the ability to develop compelling advertising ideas
• Confidence interpreting performance metrics such as thumb-stop rate, hold rate, click-through rate
• Practical experience using AI tools in creative workflows, including large language models (LLMs)
