📋 Description

• Design and execute performance creator/influencer strategies for advertisers, including campaign
• Lead creator/influencer recruiting and onboarding, contributing to partner growth through
• Nurture creator/influencer relationships through communication, proactive support, and community
• Provide strategic recommendations and actionable insights on campaign optimization and best
• Analyze and share campaign insights, tracking key KPIs such as conversion rates, engagement, and
• Support creator/influencer experience, actively using partner feedback for continuous platform

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in creator/influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, or community
• Deep knowledge and insights into social media industry and creator/influencer monetization models
• Strong communication skills and experience/motivation for effective channel activities such as
• Data-driven mindset with skills to lead optimal actions for performance.
• Proactive and collaborative attitude, able to work autonomously in an agile environment and balance
