📋 Description

• Build the creator strategy from the ground up, defining the right portfolio mix of macro, mid-tier
• Design the operating model that makes it repeatable: sourcing frameworks, contracting, compensation
• Run the full creator lifecycle — sourcing, vetting, negotiation, briefing, activation, optimisation
• Build the reporting and tracking setup that connects soft awareness metrics through to clicks
• Own a rigorous testing agenda across formats, hooks, creators and integrations, on both paid and
• Partner with Performance, CRM, Creative, BI/Analytics and Product, and make sure every piece of

🎯 Requirements

• A proven track record leading influencer, creator or streamer programmes end to end — ideally in
• Demonstrated success running performance-driven creator programmes against hard KPIs (CTR, CPV
• Deep hands-on expertise in creator analytics, audience assessment, brand safety and performance
• Sharp negotiation, communication and partnership management skills — you've built long-term
• Highly organised and proactive, comfortable leading several initiatives at once in a fast-moving
• Fluent English, plus a genuine passion for gaming, streaming culture and US creator trends.
