📋 Description

• Own credentialing operational performance, using client health, quality, efficiency, and SLA
• Lead and mentor multiple Credentialing Team Leads, establishing clear expectations and ensuring
• Monitor core operational KPIs, identify trends and performance gaps, and provide data-driven
• Identify and implement process improvements that increase efficiency, reduce errors, strengthen
• Ensure business continuity by proactively identifying operational risks, developing mitigation
• Act as the escalation point for complex credentialing challenges and client issues, driving timely

• Demonstrated leadership experience in a high-volume operations environment, ideally within
• Proven experience managing multiple team leads and scaling operational teams in a fast-growing
• Strong knowledge of credentialing processes, provider data management, and healthcare compliance
• Highly data-driven approach, with the ability to analyze performance trends, identify root causes
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and
• Exceptional proactive problem-solving abilities and sound judgment when managing escalations
