Hands-on experience with provider credentialing and enrollment — you've actually done the work
Solid Excel/spreadsheet skills — comfortable with formulas, filtering, pivot tables, and keeping
An owner's mindset — you don't wait to be told what to do. You spot problems, dig into why
Strong attention to detail — credentialing errors are costly, so accuracy and thoroughness matter.
