Credit Card Program Implementation Project Manager

📋 Description

• Build execution roadmap and identify dependencies, risks, resource needs, and critical decision
• Coordinate and execute the implementation of the card program within the issuer's environment
• Support coordination of communication plans and stakeholder engagement activities to promote
• Identify adoption challenges and implementation risks, and help business teams prepare for changes.
• Coordinate activities among internal teams and third-party partners, track action items

🎯 Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in credit cards, consumer lending, banking, financial services consulting
• Experience supporting implementation of card launches and complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders in highly matrixed environments.
• Strong project and program management capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influence skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
