Credit Card Program Implementation Project Manager

📋 Description

• Build execution roadmap identifying dependencies, risks, resource needs, and critical decision
• Coordinate and execute implementation of card program with internal and external stakeholders
• Coordinate communication plans and stakeholder engagement activities
• Identify adoption challenges and implementation risks
• Support business teams in preparing for process, policy, operational, or technology changes
• Coordinate activities among internal teams and third-party partners

🎯 Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in credit cards, consumer lending, banking, financial services consulting
• Experience supporting implementation of card launches and complex cross-functional initiatives
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders in highly matrixed environments
• Strong project and program management capabilities
• Excellent stakeholder management and influence skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
