📋 Description

• Deliver high-acuity, one-on-one home care to adults and children.
• Support new case starts, urgent callouts, and complex needs.
• Precept and mentor new nurses.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams.
• Educate and support families and caregivers.
• Represent BAYADA with professionalism and clinical excellence.

🎯 Requirements

• Active LPN license in NY.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• 1+ year of trach/vent experience (home care preferred).
• Comfortable working with both adult and pediatric clients.
• Willingness to travel to all five NYC boroughs: Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, Staten Island, and the Bronx.
• Strong clinical skills, flexibility and a proactive mindset.
