📋 Description

• Deliver high-acuity care to adult and pediatric clients at home.
• Support new case starts, urgent callouts and complex care needs.
• Precept and mentor new nurses.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams.
• Educate families and caregivers on care plans.
• Represent BAYADA with professionalism and clinical excellence.

🎯 Requirements

• Active LPN license in New York.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• 1+ year of trach/vent experience (home care preferred).
• Comfortable working with both adult and pediatric clients.
• Willingness to travel to Westchester County and the Bronx.
• Strong clinical skills, flexibility and a proactive mindset.
