Travel to Rockland County and Orange County for patient assignments.
Work in a field-based home health setting with BAYADA standards of care.

🎯 Requirements

Active LPN license in the state of New York
Graduation from an accredited nursing program
1+ year of trach/vent experience (home care preferred)
Comfortable with both adult and pediatric clients
Willingness to travel to Rockland County and Orange County
Strong clinical skills, flexibility and proactive mindset
