Critical Care RN – Home Health

📋 Description

• Deliver high-acuity, one-on-one home care to adult and pediatric clients.
• Support new case starts and urgent callouts in home settings.
• Precept and mentor new nurses on clinical best practices.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams to coordinate care.
• Educate families and caregivers to ensure safe, effective care at home.
• Represent BAYADA with professionalism and clinical excellence.

🎯 Requirements

• Active NY RN license.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• 1+ year of trach/vent experience in home care preferred.
• Comfortable working with both adult and pediatric clients.
• Willingness to travel to 3 of 4 areas: The Bronx, Westchester, Rockland, Orange.
• Strong clinical skills, flexibility and a proactive mindset.
