Critical Care RN – Home Health

📋 Description

• Deliver high-acuity care to adult and pediatric clients
• Support new case openings and emergency coverage needs
• Precept and mentor new nurses
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams
• Educate and support families and caregivers
• Represent BAYADA with professionalism and compassion

🎯 Requirements

• Active RN license in New York
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• 1+ year of trach/vent experience (home care preferred)
• Comfortable with adult and pediatric clients
• Willingness to travel to 3 of 4 areas; The Bronx and Westchester County
• Strong clinical skills, flexibility and a proactive mindset
