📋 Description

Deliver high-acuity care to adult and pediatric clients
Support new case openings and emergency coverage needs
Precept and mentor new nurses
Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams
Educate and support families and caregivers
Represent BAYADA with professionalism and clinical excellence

🎯 Requirements

Active NY RN license
Graduation from an accredited nursing program
1+ year of trach/vent experience (home care preferred)
Willingness to work with both adult and pediatric clients
Travel to all 5 NYC boroughs: Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, Staten Island, Bronx
Flexibility, resilience and initiative
