CRM Communication Manager

📋 Description

• Own the quality and performance of CRM communications across Email, SMS, and other channels, from
• Set up and warm up sending domains, keep sender reputation healthy, and define requirements for IT
• Connect Email and SMS providers via API and webhooks, and launch WhatsApp Business API and Telegram
• Work hands-on with ESP and SMS platforms: Brevo, SendGrid, Mailgun, Twilio, Infobip, or similar;
• Own the delivery funnel: sent, delivered, opened, clicked, bounced, unsubscribed, and keep the base
• Register and maintain SMS sender IDs, and manage routes and retry logic;

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years as an Email/SMS Marketing Manager, CRM Manager, or Product Manager with a similar scope
• Understanding of domain warm-up, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC;
• Hands-on experience with an ESP and an SMS platform (Brevo, SendGrid, Twilio, Infobip, or similar);
• Strong HTML and CSS skills for email templates;
• Comfortable working with API documentation and webhooks;
• Strong understanding of CRM campaigns, segmentation, triggers, and customer journeys;
