CRM Marketing Associate – Lifecycle Marketing & Retention

📋 Description

• Own implementation of emails, SMS, push notifications (both ad hoc and automated), and building of
• Maintain the CRM marketing calendar and Roadmap.
• Support upkeep of weekly performance reporting
• Assist in cross-functional (engineering, product, data teams) communication between the CRM team

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of working experience in D2C email marketing
• Experience with building and deploying emails from scratch
• Experience working cross-functionally with creative partners (designers & copywriters)
• Experience operating a CRM platform (i.e, Braze, Iterable, Klaviyo, customer.io, etc.)
• Very strong written and verbal skills in English
• Attention to detail, good communication skills and an ability to juggle multiple tasks on often
