Own end-to-end CRM strategy across email, in-app, push, and messaging apps
Build and maintain CRM roadmap aligned to KPIs

🎯 Requirements

5+ years in CRM, lifecycle, or retention marketing

Strong analytical skills with experimentation and SQL
Experience running multi-market international CRM programs
Knowledge of email deliverability best practices
Excellent cross-functional program management skills
